These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by KaitTrades LLC ("KaitTrades," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Educational Purpose & No Financial Advice

KaitTrades provides trading education and informational content, including trade ideas, alerts, scans, and analysis. Nothing we provide is personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, future, or other instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Risk Disclosure

Trading stocks, futures, and forex involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. You may lose some or all of your invested capital; therefore, you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the services.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid products are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees. You may cancel future renewals at any time; unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

SMS / Text Message Program

If you opt in, KaitTrades will send automated trade-alert and account text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of mobile data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share access to our content or alerts, reverse engineer the services, or use them for any unlawful purpose. Our content is protected by intellectual property laws and licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaitTrades and its affiliates will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
