This Privacy Policy explains how KaitTrades LLC ("KaitTrades," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, products, and services, including our SMS/text message trade-alert program. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

  • Account information — your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you create an account or subscribe to a product.
  • Billing information — processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data — how you interact with our site and alerts, used to operate and improve the service.
  • Communications preferences — your email and SMS opt-in status and the alerts you have chosen to receive.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate the service, deliver the trade alerts and notifications you request, process payments, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to the services you have signed up for.

SMS / Text Message Program

KaitTrades offers an optional SMS program that delivers trade alerts and related account notifications. Participation is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

  • Consent. You opt in to SMS by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive automated text messages from KaitTrades. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email support@kaittrades.com.
  • No sharing or selling of opt-in data. Mobile information collected for the SMS program — including your phone number and consent — is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile data only with the messaging providers strictly required to deliver the texts you have requested, and only for that purpose.
  • Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business — such as payment processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, and hosting — and only to the extent needed to perform those services, or when required by law. As stated above, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Security & Retention

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Your Choices

You may update your account details, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and opt out of SMS by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your personal information, contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
